One cohort. Two ways to ride.
Our 11-week Beginner Program is designed for women 40+ who want to get (back) on a bike, build confidence, and discover the joy of riding together.
Â
Every Saturday, our cohort starts together before choosing one of two ride options—and you're welcome to move between them throughout the season. Ride options include:

-
BEGIN AGAIN:Â A gradual progression starting at about 10 miles and low elevation. Perfect for women who are new to cycling, returning after some time away, or just want a beautiful, mellow ride.

-
BUILDING UP:Â A slightly longer and more challenging ride option for women ready to build endurance and initial climbing skills while continuing to grow their confidence on the bike.

Beginners Program includes two personalized coaching sessions, a cohort-based riding experience, weekly cycling foci, a BABBS gift pack, bike-finding/purchasing support, and a capstone ride and celebration.

Fall Season Goal:Â Tour De Vine 25K or 50K (about 15-30 miles), and a 20-25 mile capstone ride and celebration.

Sunday Rides
Ride. Climb. Laugh. Eat. Repeat.
Whether you are training for a metric/century, or just love a 30-50 mile Sunday morning adventure, this is the option for you!

Our Sunday Rides are designed for intermediate and experienced riders who are ready to build endurance, tackle some climbs, or maybe even train toward semi-ambitious cycling goals—all while enjoying the encouragement, camaraderie, and the best pastry stops the area has to offer.

These rides follow a progressive training plan, helping riders safely build the fitness and confidence needed for longer distances throughout the season.

Rides are open to all Annual and Fall Season Members. New riders are welcome to test-ride a few sessions before joining.

Sunday Team Training includes a progressive training plan, weekly rides, a strong team community, and plenty of coffee, pastries, and post-ride laughs along the way.

Fall Season Goal: Tour de Vine Metric Century (about 65 miles) or Century (about 100 miles).
BABBS Getaways
Ride. Recharge. Reconnect.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is pack your bike, gather your girl gang, and get away.

BABBS Getaways combine beautiful riding, great food, shared adventures, and the kind of connection that only happens when you spend an entire weekend together.

Coming This Fall
Wine Country Getaway
November 13–15 • Guerneville / Healdsburg
Â
Join us for our inaugural BABBS Getaway, where we'll share a beautiful home, ride some of Northern California's most scenic roads, enjoy delicious meals, relax by the pool or hot tub, and spend the weekend laughing, connecting, and making memories with an incredible group of women.

The weekend will include thoughtfully planned rides for a range of abilities, breakfast and dinner each day, and plenty of time to unwind. Lunches will be enjoyed at local cafés and restaurants along our ride routes. It is open to all riders regardless of riding level.

To keep the experience intimate, space will be limited to approximately 12 riders. BABBS members will receive priority registration and preferred pricing before registration opens to the public.

Interested? Join our Interest List and we'll be in touch as soon as trip details and registration are finalized. Joining the list doesn't commit you to attending—it simply ensures you'll be among the first to know when registration opens.
